NOTE:
1) Rental Agreement & Security Hold: All guests are required to e-sign our rental agreement after booking. A $500 security hold will be collected via our secure software (OwnerRez) two days prior to arrival and released seven days after departure, assuming no damages.
2) Up to 2 dogs are welcome, with a maximum weight limit of 50 lbs. Please refer to the house rules for additional details.
3) The home is located in a well-maintained neighborhood with contracted snow removal, but winter weather can be unpredictable. We strongly recommend using 4-wheel drive vehicles or snow chains during winter visits.
4) Visitors are not permitted unless prior approval is requested and granted by the host.
5) Exterior Security Cameras: For your safety and security, the property is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras covering the parking area, back deck, cottage entrance, and front door. There are absolutely NO cameras inside the home.
6) Check-in/Check-out Times: We are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs on days with same-day guest turnovers. When our schedule permits, an early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for an additional fee. Please inquire in advance.
7) Travel Insurance: We do not provide refunds for weather-related cancellations. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment.
8) Additional Guest Fees: Our pricing is based on a set number of guests. An additional guest fee will apply for parties exceeding 14 guests.
9) Cancellation Policy Note: For any cancellations on bookings made outside of the Airbnb platform, a 3% Stripe credit card processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
