"訂了兩間房也給了兩份證件，原本只給一間房的鑰匙，因為另一對朋友很晚才會入住，所以幫他們先check in，溝通之後才給了另一間房。 而且兩個人不能開兩間房嗎？明明資料上也是訂兩間房為什麼卻只給一間？ 房間老舊沒關係，但是感覺整潔沒有很好，滿多地方都有灰塵的，遙控器上也是灰塵，好像很久沒住過所以沒打掃的感覺，覺得不太優。"

"Największy minus to brak znajomości języka angielskiego u personelu(porównując to do tego, że na Tajwanie praktycznie z każdą napotkaną osobą bez problemów rozmawiałem w języku angielskim- bravo dla mieszkańców mówicie po angielsku baaardzo dobrze ;-)), wiem, że język urzędowy na Tajwanie to chiński, ale przecież w pracując w tego typu miejscach trzeba się liczyć z gośćmi z innych krajów. Mój język angielski to też w mowie to tylko z nazwy :-) lepiej idzie mi pisanie. Personel nie potrafił...
