「整体感觉不错，算是当地比较规范的星级酒店，服务设施清洁都相当不错，就是很难提早入住，客房比较紧张。LCC就在旁边，交通和买东西吃饭都很方便。最好是机场接送服务，走那天雨很大，如果自己打tutu一定全湿，还好酒店有van接送。唯一挑剔的就是客房wifi比较慢，早餐食物种类较少，只提供咖啡，红茶要问服务员才会冲一壶给你。」

「This was a great place to be based in Legazpi with a lovely outdoor pool that was warm thanks to some very sunny days. Our room looked out on the main road but this was in no way a problem and was not noisey. All the staff were warm and friendly, especially Callie who was always on duty in reception. She’s a little dog who quite happily sits on the reception desk greeting visitors. If you feel you want a change from the hotel food (which was good) you can order in from Grab but there is a charge...

「Generally a good hotel and standard as expected for the price. Friendly and helpful staff when we arrived helped us fix a few small issues with our room. Nice view of the volcano from our room. Breakfast buffet was fine if a little limited in choice and variety. Good location with plenty of shops and food choices within walking distance. Value for money. 」

「Perfect spot for the Mayon Volcano view. It's located near a 24-hour McDonald. The A/C in room A5 did not cool the room.」

「Breakfast was good! A handful of local dishes were very tasty. Room size was small but accomodating. Staff were friendly and polite with greeting us in the hallways and in the lobby. Sadly no view from our room, and dont be alarmed if the power goes out for a few seconds at night. Emergency generators kick in within the next second and power is usually back within the minute after. Overrall a good stay. Thank you Sentro.」

「A gem of a resort tucked away in the suburbs in this buzzing town of Guinobatan in the Bicol Region. Very obliging staff and great food in the restaurant albeit limited to nil in its western breakfast food selection. But why crave cereals in Rome? The swimming pools have a great lay out The rooms are basic but I felt very safe in this guarded resort. Was a great stay!」

「The bathroom gets flooded after taking a shower. Receptionist did not cooperate calling shuttle bus to the airport coz she has her own contact and she gets commission. Hotel should coordinste with shuttle pick up」
