"客房整洁度，温泉浸浴设施，都能得到最高的五星评分。晚上11时洗脸盆堵塞了，得到的回复是工程人员下班了，只能更换客房。提出借用吸尘机即可自行清理解决，得到的回复是清洁人员也下班了，不能提供吸尘机。若大一间酒店，晚上出了状况，基本上除了更换客房，不具备任何解决问题的能力。对于明天一早就要退房的客人来说，半夜更换客房谈何容易？也就是说，客房出了问题，所有不便需由客人独自承担。发生在今天的中国，让人叹为观止！"

"The lobby is clean and nice but room condition is poor. No elevator to rooms so you have carry you suitcases up the stairs. The onsite onsen is also poorly maintained. Staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating though. Good job to them but I won’t recommend this hotel for the price it was listed ..."
