We requested a first floor room as I am orthpedically challenged. When we got there it was a second floor room with no chance to change.
The room was awful, decorated in flea market antique style, with ridiculously antique wallpaper that was peeling, carpet that was poorly instaled and was "rippling" off the floor,
The bathroom had a tub with no separate shower. I was unable to bathe as I can't step into a tub, unfortunately, so I left unshowered. The bed was designed by Torquemada to torture us. It was overly soft, it wasn't level (the head was at least. two inches lower than the foot) and the pillows smelled like they weren't laundered. We couldn't sleep well.
For 380 a night you would think that a hotel would provide premium bathing supplies, like body wash, etc. Nope, cheap stuff. No desk, there WAS a chair in the room that was a bit dusty, no closet to hang stuff, no safe.
The breakfast wasn't awful, just "meh". And the owner/innkeeper was courteous, just unable to run an inn in a professional way.
I asked expedia to refund us our second night and we checked out early as I refused to spend another night there. Expedia was not helpful. So I'm out $380.
STAY AWAY from this place. You can get better, for less.
