Luxury Vila with Pool

A brand new luxury villa located in a peaceful area of Bar is the perfect choice for guests looking for privacy, comfort and beautiful views of the city and the sea. The villa offers 200 m2 of living space spread over two floors, ground floor and first floor, and is situated on a spacious private property of 2000 m2 that ensures complete privacy and relaxation. Guests have access to a private yard and parking space for up to four cars. The outdoor area features a private 35 m2 swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, ideal for enjoying warm Mediterranean days, as well as a jacuzzi for additional relaxation. The villa has three spacious bedrooms, two of which are furnished with double beds, while one bedroom has two single beds. There are three modern bathrooms available to guests, two with walk-in showers and one with a bathtub and jacuzzi. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with modern furniture connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, creating a comfortable space for socializing and shared meals. The villa also offers a covered terrace and two balconies with outdoor furniture, both providing beautiful views of the sea and the city, as well as a sunbathing area with loungers by the pool. For maximum comfort the villa is equipped with four Smart TVs, Netflix, free WiFi, a washing machine and other household appliances. This elegant villa is an ideal choice for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a luxurious, peaceful and private holiday on the Montenegrin coast.
