「Great stay ruined by not refunding holding deposit still 1 month after we left. Holding deposit (£1800) taken from credit card instead of put on hold as agreed and has still not been refunded. Poor customer service having to chase for updates with no proof they have actually paid this back to us」

「Wonderful staff and facilities. We had a great time at this hotel. The beach is beautiful. The food was good and the staff were all very friendly. It is on quite a steep slope but we didn’t mind that at all. The water is crystal clear and there’s a ferry boat to take you across the bay to herceg novi. 」

「The hotel is located right by the seashore. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is included in the price, but would appreciate if the food could be of higher quality. The room itself is a bit aged and is perhaps not 5-star by today's standard. There is a shower and a bathtub in the restroom. There is some kind of odor coming out of the shower, probably something to do with the pipes. There is also no kettle in the room, but there is one free bottle of water. Perhaps time...

「L'établissement était très bien situé avec sa plage privée ses restaurants et bars. Services au rdv, personnel au top et au petit soin dès que nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Nous avions une villa 1 chambre juste à côté d'une des 2 piscines extérieures 😀 et avec une vue à couper le souffle sur Budva et la mer. Nous recommandons le lieu même plus que sur Kotor qui est très prisée mais Budva est magnifique !」
