「Trois jours dans ce superbe hôtel avec une chambre vue sur mer. Très bon accueil, deux supers piscines, petit déjeuner buffet et parking inclus. Personnel au petit soin et concert privé le soir sur la terrasse près de la piscine couverte. Sans oublier la plage privée. Je recommande chaudement」

「The hotel is located right by the seashore. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is included in the price, but would appreciate if the food could be of higher quality. The room itself is a bit aged and is perhaps not 5-star by today's standard. There is a shower and a bathtub in the restroom. There is some kind of odor coming out of the shower, probably something to do with the pipes. There is also no kettle in the room, but there is one free bottle of water. Perhaps time...

「免费停车。但是当我到达酒店，不堪回首的经历就开始了。前台抱歉地通知我，我预定的房型没有房间了，然后巴拉巴拉一堆。我当即表示，这些理由都站不住脚。酒店超卖也算是行业潜规则，虽不能赞同，但知道酒店也有担心。但是客人既然来了而你酒店满房，就要想办法妥善处理。最常见的方法是升级房型。我就不信当日酒店连一间房间都没有了！结果给出的解决方案是安排我去所谓海景公寓下榻。我还以为是他家自己旗下的公寓，开了一天的车，累得实在不想再理论了。结果去了发现，是另外一家叫做old town apartment ，房间装修设施和莫斯科酒店大相径庭，而如果作为公寓来说，自身特有的厨具微波炉洗衣机也没有，更别说像我在贝尔格莱德订的公寓还免费赠送零食水果啤酒，退房时还赠送纪念品。这时候我已经累得实在不想折腾了。附上照片，大家看看这样的公寓值不值90欧元，酒店这样的处理应不应该！」
