“Whilst our room was spacious and clean it was mis-sold and did not face the large veranda shown in the pictures. Hotel staff said this was Expedia's misrepresentation. The hotel has been recently updated but it lacked any real soul. The pool area was nice but staff did not clear empty glasses so it often looked untidy. Breakfast was shocking - we didn’t even bother after the second day… coffee machine not working, no cups, no bowels for cereal, water spilled on the floor and not seen too,……

“The views were spectacular and the room was spacious. Unfortunately the room was unclean (the carpet and sofas were stained) and the reception staff were disorganised.”

“Canadian guests, my wife and I, we stayed for 7 days as the first part of our trip to Montenegro and Croatia. Very good hotel. Parking included which is important when you have a car. On the opposite side of the bay of budva old town, but not a downside as it allowed us to walk 20min to old town and get our steps in. It’s faster to walk than driving or taking a taxi during peak season. Free beach access was nice to have as well (first row sun loungers), but we only used it once are there are……

“Das Zimmer war leider nicht ganz sauber. Hinter dem Vorhang waren Chipskrümmel zu finden, das WC und das Waschbecken waren auch nicht gründlich gereinigt. Der Zimmerservice hat jeden Tag nur oberflächlich zusammengeräumt (neue Handtücher, Bett gerichtet und im Bad drübergewischt. Unsere Bettwäsche wurde den ganzen Aufenthalt nicht gewechselt (5 Tage). Das Personal war immer recht bemüht aber so etwas erwartet man sich nicht in einem 4 Sterne Hotel.”

“The hotel is located right by the seashore. The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is included in the price, but would appreciate if the food could be of higher quality. The room itself is a bit aged and is perhaps not 5-star by today's standard. There is a shower and a bathtub in the restroom. There is some kind of odor coming out of the shower, probably something to do with the pipes. There is also no kettle in the room, but there is one free bottle of water. Perhaps time……

“The staff was very friendly and breakfast was made to order which I enjoyed. The pools was beautiful and clean, and a nice option if you didn’t want to walk to the beach. I had issues with my air conditioning that kept turning off whenever I tried to change the setting, though I didn’t hear much of anyone else having those problems. Staff did what they could to resolve those issues. Over all I would recommend this stay.”

“Amazing hotel , new well design comfortable Jake is a great host and the hotel staff very helpful. The rooms are amazing the location is perfect . I totally recommend this hotel if you want to have a nice safe fun and luxury stay in Budva , Montenegro”
