“This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I genuinely cannot understand how this property has positive reviews. The photos and description are completely misleading. The level of cleanliness was shocking. The towels had stains, the pillows had stains, and the overall condition of the room made me uncomfortable the moment I walked in. It felt less like a hotel and more like a neglected hostel. I wanted to leave immediately upon arrival, but unfortunately there were no suitable……

The staff were friendly, professional, passionate about their work, and very accommodating when it came to individual needs and requests. The hotel facilities were of an extremely high standard. The sauna was excellent, and the car parking facilities were convenient and accommodating. The hotel had a lovely ambience, and its location was ideal, with beautiful surrounding……

“A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. Breakfast is included in the price and the service of the restaurant was great too. However, would appreciate if there were more choices to……

“Beautiful resort, clean and comfortable beds. Great selection for breakfast and the restaurant had nice options for lunch/dinner/ snacks in between. Front staff was not as welcoming as I would have liked, felt very rushed and although no one else was waiting or around, the info we got was more in our room in the book. Even for calling for taxis it felt like we were interrupting them. One of your bartenders was very informative on what to expect for cab rates and things in the area to look……
