「The staff was wonderful and very helpful. But I had higher expectations from a five star hotel, specifically the hotel grounds. The areas that are finished are great, but there is still construction going on 1/3 of the property that is closed off. The dining options were acceptable, but there didn’t seem to be enough staff. The rooms themselves need towel, racks and hooks as there is nowhere to put your towels. The location is OK if you’re traveling by car, but it is absolutely not walkable at...

「After reading all the reviews before our trip, I was honestly prepared for the worst, but our experience turned out to be completely different. Overall, everything was absolutely fine and we really enjoyed our stay.
The only downside was that the check-in process took a little longer than expected. Other than that, the staff were amazing, from the team at reception to everyone working in the restaurant. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful
I think this hotel is particularly...
