Location of the Sea Fort Hotel is very good, even it is a bit chalky to get there. But requested parking space in the hotel owned garage was available, check in was fast and friendly, rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Quality of mattress very good. Breakfast buffet has a very good variety. The hotel restaurant has a adequate menu, quality 1a! Definitely worth coming back!

Our stay was very memorable. From the moment we first arrived to our last day we were treated with excellent customer service. Lena and Maria in reception we’re very helpful planning our days. The room was on the 6th floor and we shared the roof top terrace with 7 other rooms. Sophia our daily housekeeper kept our room clean and spotless great job. Breakfast was very good European style. We would go back in a heartbeat and we highly recommend the hotel to all.

In unserem Appartement z.

Bad hotel in Sutomore

We had booked this hotel due to its good ratings and aparently good value for money but unfortunately our experience was very negative. I had booked a double room with seawiev 25 Sqm, with wifi included. In the pictures it looked nice and modern. The room was tiny, not 25 sqm at all, the bathroom was tiny, no room for anything. There was no seaview from the room. You had to go out on a large shared terrace to see the sea, wich in my opinion dont constitute a seawiev. The router hang askew over the small TV and there was no connectivity at all. When we pointed this out to reception we felt like we were bothering them. There was no safe in the room wich felt unsafe. The balcony door opened to a large shared terrace wich also felt unsafe. I was under the i pression that we would have a private balcony since the ad mentioned nothing about a shared terrace. Also the property was quite worn and old fashioned. The curtains in our room were torn and the AC was leaking fluids. When we confronted the hotel with our issues we received no understanding and no assistance what so ever. In fact they were quite rude and made us feel unwelcome and that we were bothering them. In the end the whole situation felt unsafe and very uncomfortable so we decided to leave the hotel that same day and find something better. Its unfortunate how some hotels use marketing tricks to fool consumers into booking. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!
