“The interior decor was great. Also, cleanliness and serenity of the place was also nice and the staff were incredible, especially the lady that served us in the restaurant on our first night, I didn’t get the name but she really stood out despite the language barrier, she genuinely wanted us to be satisfied. And the receptionist on duty on Saturday that helped us get French fries with our buffet on request. We had a great time in the hotel generally. Thank you ”

Kaputter Toilettensitz, Fenstergriff, Duschkabine schummlig und kaum Geschirr in der Küche
Es waren gerade mal 2 Weingläser da die bei Ankunft benutzt im Schrank standen!! Auf Hinweis, dass wir keine Gläser haben, bekamen wir dann 2! Gläser für 5 Personen. Täglich wurde der Müll in der Küche und im ersten Bad (aber nicht lm zweiten)……

“This is a lovely hotel which is small and privately owned by a lovely couple who were so helpful and friendly. Our apartment was beautifully clean and furnished. We sat on the balcony to enjoy the lovely view of the beach and the countryside. Very relaxing and, being the end of the season, only 2 restaurants close by were open but both were excellent.”

“The stay here, considering it is a 4 star hotel was really disappointing.
Their answer to the most reasonable requests was basically indifference .
Some examples:
- The air conditioning did not work and the temperature reading on the thermostat was 26 degrees. They said they could not help, as their technical department was off duty. They would send someone at 6am. We had to sleep with the windows open, and the resulting security risk
- We left our room at 7am for a half day excursion. We……
