“This hotel had extremely spectacular views. We paid extra to have the ocean view with the balcony and it was worth the money. The location was amazing and the beach chairs at the sister hotel were great. The rooftop pool was spectacular with views and good music and a vibe. Zara at the front desk was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable in terms of activities and points of interest. Coming from the states sometimes there is language barrier but Zara’s English was outstanding. The staff put……

“The only positive things I can say about this apartment hotel is that it was immaculately clean and rooms were spacious. But overall very disappointed with the hotel and the service. Emailed 2 weeks prior to arrival that we would need late check in, the hotel agreed but when we arrived the host/management seemed very annoyed and was rude. “A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. Breakfast is included in the price and the service of the restaurant was great too. However, would appreciate if there were more choices to……
