Big room, inexpensive. Thats it for the positives. Loud, tons of stray dogs barking all damn night. Rude locals, wayfinding and acess tough. Elevators underperforming. My shower was missing one wall.

La chambre que nous avons occupée offrait une belle vue sur la mer, elle était spacieuse et confortable, la piscine (un peu petite) était propre et au calme. Mais il y avait un réel problème avec la salle de bains : rien n'allait ! Il manquait une porte de douche (une seule était présente sur les deux, donc on inondait le sol), le siège des toilettes était cassé (et pas changé malgré nos demandes), le porte papier toilettes était cassé et pendouillait, et il n'y avait pas de rideau occultants : pire salle de bains de nos vacances dans les Balkans !

Starting our stay with no water in our room, staff told us it has been a problem all summer, no water above level 5. Later that night no air conditioning, were we offered any compensation? After making a fuss we could get another room next night at level 5, with water and AC! Never accept a room above level 5

Unter die Erwartung.

Die Lage war gut. Die Reinigung war solala. Wir haben extra die Tücher am Boden gelegt um die Frische zu erhalten. Leider hat die Reinigungsteam wieder aufgehängt, statt die frische. Der Zustand entspricht nicht 4 Stern. Welnes wurde entfernt. Vorhänge sind teilweise zerfetzt. Aussenbacksteine zerfällt.

Helt forkert med stjernerne

Hotellet ligger centralt meget tæt på vandet med god udsigt. Poolen er meget lille, få stole og først sol til middag. Sengene er meget hårde. Personalet er ikke særlig venlige. Godt motionscenter i kælderen. Morgenmaden er virkelig ringe. Ikke et sted, vi vender tilbage til og det er alt for mange stjerner. Burde være Max 3 nærmere 2, men kun for beliggenhed.

We arrived at the hotel, and the taxi had to drop us at the top of the road as the were roadworks outside the hotel and down the entire street - diggers, rubble, etc.- and no pavement, so we had to dodge this with our suitcases. It's something the hotel is accountable for: a courtesy message, especially the noise and restricted access. We waited at reception for 10 minutes or so, eventually the receptionist came downstairs, looked at us strangely, and said 'hello?'. We said we had a room booked, and were a little early (it was 12pm and check-in was 2pm). We didn't expect the room to be ready but she said 'check-in is 2pm so you will have to come back then'. We turned around to get our bags and she said 'actually you can pay the tourist tax and I can photocopy the passports now'. So we obliged. Then asked if there was anywhere to store our suitcases, to which she pointed round the corner. We wheeled them around, to find a few suitcase gathered at the top of the stairs (which is not secure and the receptionist wasn't even manning the desk when we arrived). She was very abrupt and rude. We returned at 3pm and 'checked-in'. The room was clean, spacious and had a good view from the balcony only letdown was a panel of glass was smashed on the balcony. The breakfast had good choices, stocked regularly and kept clean. The pool was closed, we were not informed about it. Housekeeping ignored do not disturb and tidied our rooms each day, which is a worry. The air con was hard to work.

Property was good. Receptionist Ana was very nice and accommodating when we arrived. We were hoping that she was on duty on our last night but unfortunately it was a different receptionist. We don't even know her name because she's not wearing a namebadge. Unfortunately my wife waited more than 15 minutes until she was noticed by the receptionist on Thursday evening ( 01/05) as she was busy chit chatting with a lady who we thought she was one of the guest ( I hope she is ). My wife was standing at reception area but I don't know why the receptionist did not notice her so my wife decided to leave and that was the receptionist noticed her- “ she even said are you waiting for me “ it very unprofessional. We wanted to thank Ana ( receptionist ), staff who always clean our room and staff who prepare our unlimited breakfast. There is an ongoing road works at the moment hence the area was dusty, noisy and construction equipments. Hotel though is very close to supermarket, beach, restaurant, bus station and train station.
