“Beautiful facility and great location with amazing views. Outstanding staff, professional and they went above and beyond whenever possible to help us. Only drawback its little too far from Kotor old town. It takes about an hour with an average taxi price of 80 euros. Overall we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.”

“Located directly on the main coastal road, so it's super easy to find! We always found a parking space right outside the restaurant, but even if we were unable to find a space there are plenty of other free spaces both across the road and a very short walk down it. Reception is very small, but they make it really easy to check in and out. There are no lifts/elevators, so be prepared to carry a case down a number of flights of stairs, although they will help you with that if needed. Our room was……

“We stayed at ALPESA for a week with 2 preteen kiddos. The condo was excellent with two bedrooms and two beautiful bathrooms. Huge living space and two terraces.
Communication was beyond excellent!
Everything we needed or had a question, the host provided answers within seconds.
The pillows were the best I have ever slept on! That’s a huge bonus!
The beach is about a 10-15 min walk. Longer if you have kids.
We had a car and parking was included in our stay. Supermarkets, bakeries,……
