「Very strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Had to checkout one day earlier due to the smell. Not enough hot water to shower. Drapes are falling apart. It’s a shame because it’s a nice property and the staff is amazing. 」

「Our flight from Podgorica was cancelled late at night so we booked a room here at the last minute as it’s a 15 min drive away from the airport. The check in process was super quick, however when we got to the room we saw that the bed hadn’t been prepared - no pillows and duvet cover. I think they weren’t expecting for anyone to use the room that evening as it was booked at the last minute, but they should have ensured that the room was fully ready when the reservation came through. 「We lived in this hotel for 3 days, but had very bad living experience there. The hotel is not clean: the smell of sewer filled the whole room when we entered into the room every time . The quilt cover is very dirty, we found the smudge on the side which touch body, then put it on the prominent place of the bed hope house keeper can change one for us, but it shocked us that house keeper just turn the smudge side into inside!!!!! On the hand, the hotel has big problem on their hot water...

「Forza Terra is a very nice property directly in the Bay of Kotor and a 25 minute walk from old town Kotor. Service was great and staff was always available. Our room had a very nice view of the bay, but it was little small so was a but cluttered with our 2 weeks of luggage. The spa was nice and the restaurant was good, but expensive - there are nearby options with very good value. The beach area had nice chaise lounges, ample towels and a protected swimming area. 」

「The villa is beautifully renovated. The room was clean & comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Unfortunately the wifi frustratingly continually dropped out & the tv had no reception. The owner said it was because of a storm but I'm not convinced about that.The parking was easy, however, if you are a nervous driver, be warned, the road from Kotor is a single lane with 2 way traffic. It is a beautiful location.」
