“It was ok, could use a good refreshing. Just felt a little dingy and dirty. I didn't know the area when booking and didn't feel extremely safe. It's also right next to the train tracks, so we heard that all night. The price was good, bed was ok, but I wouldn't book here again.”

“The pool was down due to remodels but the staff was super kind about it and tried to make it better in anyway they could. The entire place was very very clean. The room was clean and spacious. My daughter loved the pancake machine at breakfast. Overall great hotel.”

“There was a problem getting the room cleaned every other day. There wasn't anything posted or information provided about the frequency of room being attended to. Yet, when i was informed that the room was cleaned every other day it wasnt cleaned per the stated time frame. The pool was being maintenance but the notification was only an overlooked sign hanging on a gate about the spa being closed. The maintenance was being performed by the front desk staff which had me asking why it wasn't done……

“The property was new. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. The property was OK on a cleanliness standpoint. I'm tired of hotels thinking that using a sticky roller on the floors is equal to cleaning them. Vacuum and get out a mop! There was hair all over the entry and bathroom floors. Beds were comfortable and clean. The shower head was weird. You can hear your neighbors walk, talk, run, snore, plus everything else. The pool area was very nice and big. No hot tub. Breakfast was……

“Staying overnight during the trip, close to the 25th announcement, sounds good.”

“The breakfast was great and the staff was nice, although the check-in time was a little long and a $300 deposit was required. It was a bit much, but understandable! It was to prevent people from smoking and bringing pets into the room. The room was a bit old, but some of the facilities in the room were upgraded and it was still very convenient to use.”

“The property was well maintained and very clean. The rooms are average but comfortable. There was ample parking, indoor pool and exercise facility. The cost was on the high side and a free breakfast was not offered. In room coffee pods were not replenished each day.”
