Very few places can maintain the consistency in their quality of food for more than a century. One such place is this one which not only gave #kolkata many of its firsts, but also ensured that clients stay addicted to their food. The famed mutton chaap, first made by them, is being cooked in their kitchen in slow charcoal fire #GoodEats
One dish, that evokes universal discussion, debate, memories and affection in India is Biriyani. While two major styles are more popular namely Nizam style of Hyderabad and Awadhi style of Lucknow, there are more than 30 varieties of Biriyani in India. Kolkata surely is amongst the top three destinations for Biriyani. And for me it is this place whose Biriyani not only weakens me but also makes me yearn for it everytime I have Biriyani elsewhere #GoodEats

最喜欢的酒店
这是来印度旅行最喜欢和安心的酒店，没有之一。服务特别好，车辆进入的时候会带防爆犬检查车辆的前机器盖和后备箱。进去酒店要安检，酒店大厅就有餐厅，每个服务人员的服务都超贴心。尤其突出的一点是，在小费国家的印度，这个酒店打扫卫生还不收小费。我们定的酒店不包早餐，酒店还送了早餐。因为是包车旅行，所以对于酒店位置并不能给出评价。太喜欢这个酒店了。
