「The rooms were really cozy and very well maintained. The restaurant was a real treat and almost every dish that we tried was a hit with the family. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The view from the balcony was just magical. We had gondola activities planned the day of our checkout. The staff were very accommodating and helpful and arranged for us to have our luggage kept with the reception while we checked out of the hotel and proceeded to the gondola.」

「Hot water and Room heater facility 24 hours available. Restaurant staff and food quality is very good. No view from rooms. Before main entrance gate there is another property and because of that some times vehicle can not reach upto the main entrance of hotel.」

「Just quick 1 night stay at the property, which is quite nice, close the Polo Shopping street which was easy to walk to.. older property but was well maintained, only issue was a little confusion about the extra beds which we had booked for but was asked to pay for in the night when requesting the beds. 」
