Semi-detached house "Reaa", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Šajini 8 km from the centre of Barban, 25 km from the centre of Pula, in a quiet position, 12 km from the sea. Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), garden with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool angular (23 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, table tennis, table football, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 300 m, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 5.2 km, pebble beach 12 km, rocky beach 12 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
5-room semi-detached house 150 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with satellite TV, flat screen and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), air conditioning. Exit to the swimming pool. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, 3 gas rings, freezer) with satellite TV, flat screen and air conditioning. Shower/WC. Terrace 15 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. View of the swimming pool. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free).
