“We had a great long weekend in this property with friends for a birthday celebration. The host was very helpful and communicative and helped us organise a wine tasting for the evening we arrived. The property had ample space for us and for the children in our group to play and explore. The rooms were tidy and well equipped. Would recommend.”

“È stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. La casa molto accogliente e attrezzata perfettamente per ospitare 2 famiglie comode. Il Check-in e il check-out agilissimo e casa molto pulita. Camere grandi e luminose, con il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio (ventilatore, specchi, grucce negli armadi, cuscini, letti abbastanza comodi ...) Ottimi gli spazi interni comodissimi e spaziosi. Lo spazio esterno vanta una vista meravigliosa e rilassante. Si potrebbe attrezzare forse meglio. La piscina è……

“We had a great holiday in the villa and specifically enjoyed the garden, pool and location on top of a hill. Small grocery in 5 min drive. Although 40 min drive to Ancona / the coast, the location for us was nothing less than fabulous. Visited several wineries in the neighbourhood as well as a olive oil maker. Contact with owner is very prompt and smooth; check-in and check-out effortless.”

“Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... Wir haben uns sehr gefreut”

“We had 12 staying in this villa for a week and it was amazing! The two villas worked well (1 with 4 doubles, 1 with 2 doubles) and the pool and garden area was amazing. The villa was a 5 min drive from Fano which we were pleasantly surprised to find out was lovely. The beach was a 15 minute walk away and the host Valentina was amazing. Would definitely stay again!”

“Sehr schöne und große Villa. Toller Außenbereich mit freistehendem Pool und langen Tisch für 20 Personen. Unkomplizierter Check-in und -out. Absolut empfehlenswert für Gruppen bis 20 Leuten. 4 Doppelzimmer und 4 Dreierzimmer mit bequemen Betten und jeweils einem eigenen Bad. Zudem zwei Küchen und ein Tanzsaal.”

“Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und das Haus hat uns mit den sehr großen Zimmern, der gut ausgestatteten Küche und der Terrasse mit der schönen Aussicht gut gefallen.”

“Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist rustikal aber sehr gepflegt. Super Lage. Leider musste zwei mal der Techniker kommen weil die Elektrik nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist.”

“Quando si scrive una recensione é sempre un problema, soprattutto quando il luogo ti é piaciuto tanto, perché poi hai sempre la paura di non trovare più posto ! Cominceró col dire, che il parco che circonda la proprietá é bellissimo e si nota che le piante una ad una vengono amate. La piscina é una meraviglia, ma quello che mi ha stupita di piú é che ogni animaletto, ha un nome come "Peppe" lo scoiattolo.La famiglia che ci ha accolti, ci ha fatto sentire a casa ! “Herzlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeberin Cinzia, zur Krönung gab es am ersten Abend ein phantastisches, typisches Marken-Abendessen, das ausgezeichnet schmeckte und für einen Genuß am nächsten Mittag auch noch reichte. Das Ferienhaus war sehr gepflegt und überaus geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr viele dekorative Gegenstände, die zum Teil wie aus der Zeit gefallen schienen, aber dem ganzen eine unvergessliche persönliche Note verliehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen dieses……

“Das Haus liegt ziemlich abseits des Ortes aber mit dem Auto trotzdem gut erreichbar. Es ist ruhig und idyllisch und sehr gemütlich. Der Pool ist eine willkommene Erfrischung und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns bei Sonia und Pietro sehr wohl und herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Durch die zentrale Lage haben wir die Marken erkunden können und viel erlebt. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub”

“Unser Vermieter sind ganz tolle, sehr freundliche Italiener. Das Haus ist riesig und perfekt sauber und mit viel Liebe renoviert worden . Der Pool ist sehr schön und auch hier ist alles perfekt sauber und neuwertig . Es war ein toller Urlaub, den wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können.”

“Lovely hotel ;very nice staff and very clean.The only inconvenient thing was two single mattresses on the double bed which moves apart during the night ending up sleeping in between which is not comfortable.”
