The space
Enjoy this very bright 63 m² apartment, ideal for a comfortable stay in Barcelona and perfect for up to 4 people. Thanks to its orientation and its wide balcony with views of a large interior block courtyard, the flat receives plenty of natural light throughout the day, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
The apartment has three rooms: a double bedroom and two single rooms, offering a practical layout for both families and small groups. It has a full bathroom with a shower, functional and modern. The living room is spacious and comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, as is the main bedroom, ensuring a pleasant temperature at any time of the year.
The private balcony is one of the great attractions of the apartment, ideal for relaxing, having breakfast or enjoying sunny days in a quiet environment, away from street noise. The brightness and tranquillity of the inner courtyard make this flat a perfect space to rest after a day exploring the city.

Please note that air conditioning is only located in the living room and the master bedroom. Ceiling fans in all rooms.
Please take note of the following important information before booking:
- Towels, bed sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival; however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
- Baby cot:
Price: £30.00 per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.
-Additional guest:
Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 € per night.
-Arrival outside of hours:
Our check-in time is from 15:00 hours until 7:00 p.m. metro, Monday to Friday (consult us if you want to check in earlier). Outside of this time, we will charge €30 in cash, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. If check-in is later than 22:00, we will charge €50, and after 1:00 a.m., €100.
- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 and 01/01 the charges will be as follows: 50 EUR until 22:00, from 22:00 100 euros and after 1:00 150 euros
- The current Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied (€6.25/person/night, for those over 16 years old and up to 7 nights).
- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances in the flat and on the balcony. Receiving a complaint or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

The property will not be responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any subtraction of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments.
Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions to safeguard their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured.
