不满意：服务设施，清洁度
-staff absent
- hidden/ghost costs, not disclosed upon booking
- all advert is a fraud, e.g.
*2 beds to accommodate 4 guests in advert, in reality there is 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed which is broken (one leg is off) thus not usable
*advert says there is 2 bathroom, in reality there is 1 toilet and the shower in a separate small room
*all sinks in the flat are clogged/not usable
*light in shower room not working
*kitchen furniture mostly damaged, pictures not realistic
*advert title states "with terrace", there is instead no terrace at all for the guests of this apartment

-Todo el anuncio es un fraude, por ejemplo:
*El anuncio indica 2 camas para 4 huéspedes, pero en realidad hay 1 cama doble y 1 sofá cama roto (le falta una pata), por lo que no se puede usar.
*El anuncio dice que hay 2 baños, pero en realidad hay 1 inodoro y la ducha en una habitación pequeña separada.
*Todos los lavabos del apartamento están atascados/no se pueden usar.
*La luz del cuarto de ducha no funciona.
*Los muebles de la cocina están en su mayoría dañados; las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad.
*El título del anuncio dice "con terraza", pero en realidad no hay ninguna terraza para los huéspedes de este apartamento.
