Great location, perfect for our week in Barcelona

Working with Graciela was a pleasure. The property was perfect This property was perfect for our week of Spanish language class close by. It is in a great quiet neighborhood with grocery and shopping, dining close to/ in the Arena complex. It is also very convenient to the red, blue and green metro stations. We really appreciated the coffee, milk, water and wine on our arrival... a very nice touch. We would definitely book again our next visit.

Excellent Location, Great Welcome Experience, Cozy, Clean and Comfortable! Will rent again!!!

Being from the "hospitality industry" I know good service when I experience it. Working with Graciela during the booking process and then Ekaitz upon arrival after a long flight was an absolute pleasure. Ekaitz was there waiting for us to welcome us with goodies, such as "milk, bottled water, coffee, etc." making you feel appreciated that you selected this apartment. It is in a great location within a couple of blocks of the metro. Parking was 2 blocks away. The apartment is within walking distance to a mall with a rooftop "food court" type ambiance and 10 minute to Montjuic. Great location!!!! Note: the larger bedroom with the "en-suite" has 2 twin beds that push together for a king size one. The other bedroom is smaller with a queen size bed but not connected to the second bathroom. Apartment is very comfortable, kitchen well equipped and for us "Americans" an american size fridge!!!! Not that you would need one on vacation but it was nice to have! We made breakfast every morning so it was convenient. We will definitely rent this apartment again when we return. Thank you Graciela and Ekaitz for your hospitality!

The apartment was quite and clean! Perfection!

We were a group of 4 women who had a wonderful visit to Barcelona and we truly enjoyed our stay in the apartment on the 4th floor (had an elevator and air conditioning). The apartment was clean and exactly as described. We had long days touring the city so we enjoyed the quite nights for sleeping. There was a small convenience store right across the street which was useful. The apartment is an easy walk to the Barcelona Sants train station as well as to the Magic Fountain/Olympic village area. We took a taxi (about 10 euros for 4 people) into the Gothic area of the city almost every day. Thank you again, Graciela!

A nice spot from which to explore Barcelona.

Four of us were here for 6 nights. It was clean and quiet and Graciela was a helpful and responsive host. We arrived late at night and loved that there was coffee and milk for the morning!! The location is close to main rail station as well as metro stops. Major sights are not super close, but for walkers it’s great and taxis are inexpensive and plentiful. The apartment building is on a main road, which is busy. However, the actual unit was very quiet. I’d recommend this apartment without hesitation to anyone who is looking for a clean quiet place to stay.

Great apartment and close to subway and attractions

Clean, cozy and convenient!

We had a great stay at the apartment last week. As advertised, it was impeccably clean and very convenient for our stay in Barcelona. It's centrally located and walking distance to several shops and restaurants, which was also nice. Staying here allowed us to feel like locals for our short stay. We will be sure to return on a future trip!

Nice

We stayed in this apartment with our 15 years old son and 13 years old daughter August 2nd-5th.The owner Graciela is very responsive. The apartment is nice and quite, very clean, has very comfortable beds, high end sheets and towels, it is bright and gets tones of light in the living area. No views at all, which was totally fine for us as that meant very quite nights and good sleep. kitchen is big and nice and has everything. Location is good, it is a residential area with a lot of shops for groceries, lots of cafes around too, Not very close to the main attractions, 15 min walk to Plaza d Espana and the Magic fountain, 30-35 min to Sagrada Familia, 20 min to la Padrera. Taxis are always around, so whenever we did not feel like walking we used a Taxi. The reasons That I am giving it 3 stars are, very Small bedrooms with no room to move around or to put the luggage, no side table in one bedroom because it does not fit. the toilet was not flushing properly and the buttons on it were broken, Graciela offered to send someone but we did not want to sit home and wait. When we arrived, I knew Graciela was away on vacation, which is totally fine, and she was sending her assistant, but I did not know her assistant is 17 years old girl! she arrived late, even though I provided our arrival time. she did not have a lot of knowledge about anything, and was not very professional. I don't blame her, I blame the owner of puting someone this young to handle a big responsibility. We did not have toilet papers or any tissues, so my husband had to run to the store while the kids were dying to use the restroom, and that was because the assistant came late and did not have time to buy it! Over all, The apartment was good and we enjoyed our stay in Barcelona.

Wonderful apartment in Barcelona

We had a wonderful stay in Graciela's comfortable apartment. She was very responsive to email before we arrived and personally met us (with her adorable daughter) to show us around the place. The apartment is conveniently located - easy to get to the metro or find a taxi - and very quiet and dark for sleeping at night. The beds are very comfy as well!

A centrally located gem

Our family of 4 enjoyed 6 nights at the apartment and appreciated it's close proximity (walking distance) to 2 subway lines, shopping centre, restaurants and tourist attractions. The linens and towels are good quality and the beds were comfortable. The bedrooms are very nicely decorated, but quite small so we opted to store our suitcases in the living room - this was fine, but a group of 6 would have space challenges. There were a couple of maintainence issues on night 1 and 2 that Graciela dealt with promptly and efficiently so we appreciated this. The only dark cloud over our visit related to check in, which we had scheduled for 4pm. Sadly our flight from Malaga was delayed by 6 hours - despite providing frequent updates and our new ETA hours in advance, we were subjected to a 50 euro late charge (the option for a self checkin was not available). When we arrived, it was 10pm and the apartment numbers were not visible from the taxi. Because it was a very busy street with no where to stop out front, the driver insisted on dropping us at the bottom of the street which was alarming. Having better arrival instructions, including the actual apartment /buzzer number and name of the adjoining business (whose signage was visible from the bottom of the street) would have really reduced our stress. Other than that, we would certainly recommend the apartment.

Very nice apartment in excellent location

Our family of four adults stayed at this property for three nights and all concerned thought it was an excellent choice. The location close to the Plaza Espana is prime for fine dining and shopping. Just a short walk to fine museums and plenty of people watching. The subway stop is convenient and easy to navigate to get to other parts of town. Our hostess, Graciela, was both knowledgeable and thoughtful. She welcomed us at the scheduled time and was quite competent in describing both the apartment and the attractions in the surrounding area. I would highly recommended this apartment for a party of four or less. It would actually be quite crowded if six people stayed at the same time.

Everything you need to enjoy Barcelona

Great location. 4 blocks to the Arena and Place D'espanya. Close to several metro stops. Cafes and grocery stores close. Half a block from Joan Miri park. Spotless, modern apartment. Perfect for our family of 4. We would definitely stay here again. Graciela gave us all the information we needed for a great stay

Well located, clean and wonderful reception.

We absolutely loved the apt. It was well located could walk to many different restaurants, catch on and off tour bus. Graciela the manager was absolutely lovely, on time to open the apt and welcome us. She graciously had every detail in place even bottle of wine and typical area Spanish sausage as a welcome gift. Graciela was also giving us tips where to visit and left a book with all the suggestions or questions in regards to the apt. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for making it a great stay.

convenient location, well maintained property

We really enjoyed the location of this property as it was around the corner from a shopping mall and some pretty good restaurants. The apartment was very clean and in excellent shape. The beds were very comfortable although one bedroom was quite small. Great kitchen will all the amenities you could use. It had a bath tub that would be appropriate for children but too small for adults!! If in Barcelona we would consider staying here again.

Quaint and comfortable

Great location! Easy to get to bus, Metro, food was right there from grocery to bakery to dine in within a block. Very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. We appreciated the tips and help in the book and in person when we arrived. It was a perfect place for three of us to stay.

Very comfortable, well located apartment!

We had a great time in this apartment in Barcelona! The apartment is modern, very bright with windows in every room (including the bathroom) and very well furnished, including a large kitchen. The beds are very comfortable :-) It is in a quiet part of the town and we appreciated a quiet night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The metro is just a short walk away and literally couple of stops to all the key sights. There is also a nice grocery store right around the corner, and a wonderful bakery! Graciela was wonderful in providing directions and getting us acquainted with the city. She was at the apartment to welcome us and helped us get situated. I would recommend this apartment to families, especially with smaller children. We had a very comfortable time, and look forward to visiting again soon!

Ideal for business

I stayed in Gabriela's appartment during the Mobile World Congress; the apartments is great to acces to the FIRA, very well conected to main atractions, in the city center! I'd highly recomend this place!
