This is not a hotel. It’s a hostel. The photos look nothing like the actual experience. Not very clean. No tv in room, just a computer monitor that doesn’t work. Guests were smoking. Guests and employees very loud day and night. You can’t get to sleep. Will never stay again.

L'automatisation totale n'est vraiment pas sécurisante avec des postes digitales mais branlantes, des portes peu isolantes au bruit également et donnant directement sur salle communes. Globalement très perturbant. Bonnes idées mais très mal exécutées.

Request for 1 night minimum refund

I have stayed with my mum 5 nights in Barcelona city hotel as you can see from my account, from 22nd to 27th April. I would like to officially let you know that im requesting FULL refund FOR ONE night, since it is not acceptable what has happened. We were accomodated in room 206 which is facing the street the first night, since this hotel does not have double glazing it was impossible to sleep during night since so following morning we requested to move to room facing yard and reception was helpful and move us to room 208. However in room 208 was a drunk man every night who would not let us sleep since he was so drunk and did not remember his digital entry code to open his door and made a huge mess at 2am in the morning, we could not sleep cause later he broke his beer glasses. This was happening 2 nights and after the first night i made a complain, reception spoke to him however did not do anything else, not relocated him neither us so the another night was the same problem. After that night i asked for full refund for the seconf night, they spoke to manager and he said it must be done via hotels.com and that you will get in touch with them. Please sort this as soon as possible and I will expect refund and your response as soon as possible.

Hotel aceptable, cama cómoda. Puerta de habitación poco insonorizada. Baño muy pequeño, no era nada cómodo ni práctico. Por lo general, aceptable para pasar la noche a un precio razonable.

5-dagers tur til Barcelona

Utrolig hyggelig hotell, samt personale. Innsjekking kl. 13, men ingen problem å lagre bagasjen der fra tidligere av skulle det vært ønskelig. Personale er svært serviceinnstilt, og gir deg all nødvendig informasjon med god engelsk. For oss var det ikke nødvendig å ringe hotellet og "avtale innsjekk" på forhånd. Fra gaten ringer man bare på, og går et par etasjer opp for å komme til resepsjonen, og sjekker inn der mellom 13 og 18. Man får utdelt egen nøkkel, så man kommer seg enkelt inn etter resepsjonens stengetid. Anbefales på det sterkeste hvis du ønsker et sentralt, koselig og rimelig sted å være på storbyferie!

Confortable et bien situé/desservi

(Sans doute à cause du Covid, ma réservation a été déplacée dans un autre hôtel -Barcelona City Centre- à peine 5min plus loin). Très bon séjour: hôtel propre, très bien desservi en transports et avec une location centrale: à deux pas du Passeig de Gracia (et donc de quelques-uns des chefs d’œuvre de Gaudi) et à ~20min de la gare routière nord, etc. Chambres au 1er étage de l’immeuble (étage “E”) ; présence d’un ascenseur. Chambre confortable, raisonnablement spacieuse; avec de très nombreux oreillers, tv, mini-frigo, etc. Peut-être un bémol sur la salle de bain (privée bien sûr) : je n’arrivais pas à avoir de l’eau chaude ET un débit important (le compromis n’était pas très dérangeant: l’eau était sinon tiède et non gelée). Au final, c’était un bon hôtel, avec un bon confort, un standing raisonnable, et surtout bien situé et desservi. Et bien sûr, il y avait aussi du wifi gratuit.

Ben situé et confortable

Tout d’abord, il faut que je précise que j’ai été déplacé dans un autre hotel (Barcelona City Centre) juste après ma réservation. Aucune mauvaise surprise: on m’a laissé le choix d’accepter ou d’annuler la réservation, la nouvelle chambre était strictement équivalente et l’hôtel à peine 5min plus loin. Enregistrement facile et rapide, facilitée par une excellente communication via WhatsApp avant et pendant l’enregistrement. Rien à redire sur l’établissement: il était propre et bien situé. Peut-être une remarque tout de même (du moins une interrogation) : il m’a été expliqué à l’arrivée que je devais mettre les serviettes au sol si je voulais en obtenir de nouvelles... sauf que ceci n’est jamais arrivé (aucun nettoyage de la chambre non plus). C’est peut-être dû au Covid, ou un malentendu. Quoiqu’il en soit, ce fut un bon séjour. Je me suis rendu à Barcelone en bus, et je n’ai eu que 3 stations de métro à prendre (Ligne 1, aucun changement) et 5min de marche pour me rendre à l’hôtel. Aussi, il est à même pas 5min de Passeig de Gracia - donc réellement bien situé.

Buen servicio

Fue una buena experiencia, es un hotel muy bien ubicado, tiene buenos servicios, y buena atención. Les recomiendo hacerlo mas visible afuera en la fachada con un letrero mas grande, la primera vez casi no lo localizo, y entregar tarjetas con los datos básicos del hotel a los huespedes, eso facilita su recordación.

My room was small, but the location made up for it

I was in a small room with a twin bed. The hotel lobby is on the 2nd floor. And the rooms are the floor above that. The elevators are very small and you have to use a flight of steps to get to them. Location is great with easy access to the city.
