the apartment is very central to everything. La Ramblas was a 14 min walk. Catalunya square about a 12min to catch the hop on off bus. grocery store right around the corner. Eduardo and his staff were very helpful and assisted when asked questions. the balcony was really nice to sit and relax at night. thanks for having us stay at your beautiful apt.

The location of this Vrbo is great! Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Bus stop right outside and metro not too far away. Super clean as well. Host gave us lots of information upon arrival which was very helpful. I have already recommended it to people!!!

Sehr gut gelegene Ferienwohnung im Stadtteil Eixample. Betten waren sehr bequem. Küche ist vorhanden. Braucht man aber nicht zwingend benutzen, da es in fussläufiger Entfernung sehr gute Möglichkeiten zum Essen gibt. Filterkaffeemaschine gibt es nicht, dafür eine Kapselkaffeemaschine. Wir waren zu fünft in der Wohnung und es hat morgens entsprechend gedauert, bis jede ihren Kaffee hatte. Das Lüften der Wohnung kann nicht nachts durchs Öffnen der Fenster geschehen. Nach vorne zur Straße zu laut und nach hinten Gefahr, dass jemand über den Balkon einsteigt. Schiebetür zum Balkon und Wohnungstür gegen Einbruch gesichert. Wir fühlten uns in der Gegend ( 5 Frauen ) auch abends absolut sicher. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Somit alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen.Kontakt mit den verschiedenen Mitarbeitern war stets zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Ich würde beim nächsten Besuch auch wieder diese Wohnung mieten. Wir hatten Glück, sie war im 1. Stock und gut über die enge Treppe zu erreichen. Der Fahrstuhl ist auch etwas klein und schmal. Haben ihn nur zum Transport der Koffer benötigt.

We were two couples staying at this apartment. Everything was clean, modern, and met all of our needs. Easy to catch a taxi right in front of the building. I would definitely recommend this VRBO!

This was a great property. It is spacious and clean. The property is quiet and in a cute neighborhood. Everyone was so helpful with check in and storing luggage. The Balcony was great. It was super hot when we were in Barcelona, so we did not use the balcony much other than first thing in the morning. The bathrooms were roomy. I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

Final three days of our 2 week trip and we had a wonderful stay. Early arrival, no problem storing bags at their office. Given directions, maps, and offered many great local area suggestions.Beach and La Familia were short car service rides away. Great local food options and La Rambla was a short mile walkAC worked greatSmall elevator (in case you are claustrophobic don't use!) and washer dryer on main floor (we used several times without issue)Great experience from check in to out (they even arranged our taxi to the airport for us)

Overall ok. Very friendly and accommodating. Had threatening calls and messages from some 3rd party service they use saying we were making too much noise while we were asleep. I would strongly recommend they stop using that service and giving our information for that service to contact us.

Lovely Place

We enjoyed the apartment. The hosts were so supportive in allowing us to drop our bags off early. They also gave us a map of the area and shared how to get around Barcelona to see the sights. They also were supportive when we reached out to the. The place was in walking distance to La Rambla, Gothic Quarter and St. Antone market. When we needed to get a couple of taxis to the cruise port and were struggling, the host helped us flag down cabs and spoke to the drivers for us. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay! Fabulous location and the property was wonderful for 3 couples. The property manager, Eduard, was awesome. Always available for help and information, welcoming and friendly. He arranged drivers, restaurant reservations and information on things to do.
