Great apartment in an excellent location!

Walk to Sagrada Familia, Gaudi homes, Gothic neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Clean, comfy beds. Quiet. AC could be better. Lift was broken so know that there are 102 steps up to apt. Host was very responsive! Great stay!

Property was clean, well appointed. A very good central area. However, the elevator was under major reconstruction for a long time. It meant a climb of 5 stories every time in and out. Including with suitcases. The description talked about using the elevator not that it was non- existent

Lovely neighborhood. Great location

This 4th floor apartment was just right. Only two blocks from a couple of metros, which easily took us to all of the sites and attractions of Barcelona. Coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable for the two of us. The elevator is old and tight but suitable and works fine for two people. Checkin was quite convenient using our phone app which also provided electronic key access to the building g and the apartment. Thank you! Nicely done.

Great place in Barcelona

My husband and I stayed a week in this charming apartment. It’s in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bakeries, and places to have drinks. There are 2 metro stops within 5mins of walk and able to go to all the famous sites easily using Metro. The apt was super quite and clean. It was perfect for 2 of us. I do have to say that the elevator is very finicky. You have to make sure outer door and inner door to the elevator are closed tight to operate the elevator. After you exit the elevator, make sure the elevator doors are closed so that others can use it as it won’t work if you leave your door to the elevator on your floor opened or not closed completely. We didn’t have any problem once we figured it out. With electron key, it was super convenient and safe. We had a great time in Barcelona and we would stay here again. Must try the best Gelato place in town, few doors down from the apartment at “Obrador”!

Perfect location to explore Barcelona on foot

I stayed in Alejandro's place for 6 nights as a single woman and I felt very comfortable and safe there. It's simple but had everything I needed and Alejandro responded quickly to my various questions. I felt like I was living in the city for a week instead of just visiting. I walked to Sagrada Familia, all the other Gaudí sites, the Gothic area, La Rambla and the waterfront. Took a tour to Montserrat that included a wonderful hike. I loved Barcelona and would definitely stay here again.

Nice place, quiet but a bit barren

The shower was funky, the door app impossible to do without two hands. Very quiet apartment though. A good night's sleep every night. Kind of a weird set up. There was an unexplained toilet right off the entry hall. We inconvenienced our neighbor by not closing the elevator properly. That should have been explained better. The dryer was incredibly noisy. Overall, a decent stay in a nice neighborhood in Barcelona.
