By law, this apartment can only be rented for 32 nights or longer. Proof of stay purpose and length is required before check-in.

📌 Important Notes
- Utilities: €6/day for up to 2 guests (paid separately via our online app)
- Towels & sheets: 1 set per person included (extra sets €15). Beach towels not provided
- Cleaning fee covers final cleaning at the end of stay
- In compliance with local regulations (Law 11/2025), this property is available only for monthly tourist stays. It is not suitable for stays related to work, study, or medical purposes. Guests will be required to provide documentation confirming arrival and departure dates from the city. The minimum stay for this property is 32 nights.

- Utility fees cost €6 per day for 1 or 2 guests, with an additional €2 per day for each extra guest. These fees are not included in the price (for Airbnb reservations).

- A damage deposit of €600 must be paid upon arrival (Online). This does not apply to reservations made through Airbnb.

- If the request or reservation does not match the property's calendar, the property may have to cancel your reservation or relocate you. For this reason, we kindly ask you to reconfirm availability before booking.

- Extra guests joining the reservation after the check-in date will incur an additional charge of €18 per day (plus utility fees).

- Parties and smoking are strictly forbidden at all times. Noise is not allowed after 8 pm.

- Pets and bicycles are not allowed in the apartment.
