Good Quality/Value in central location

The apartment has everything you need for a good stay. It’s close to both, Plaza Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia. My favorite thing was that 1/2 block away there’s one of the last original churro places in Barcelona, so every morning we had chocolate with the best churros ever, with no effort. There’s also two grocery stores, restaurants, etc, in the next block. Check in was easy, they even booked cars to/from airport. The pool upstairs is tiny, and the terrace was a little too crowded for our taste, but that’s us. It’s only 900mts to both the Plaza and Gràcia, safe neighborhood.

Nice location, Everything you need

Guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Städtetrip, vieles zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele Restaurants, Supermärkte und Bäckereien in der Nähe. Ausstattung ansprechend, es war alles da, was man brauchte. Tolle Dachterrasse, ruhige Nachbarschaft.. Der Empfang durch die Mitarbeiterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir würden wiederkommen! TV im Schlafzimmer wäre gut, Toilettensitz war nicht richtig gereinigt, ansonsten war das Appartement aber sauber.

Super Appartement très bien equipé et très bien situé

Accueil sympathique et efficace Appartement bien equipé avec petit balcon agréable. Appartement très bien situé Nous étions dans le 5A. Nos voisins du 5B ont été très bruyants surtout la nuit du 28/12. Attention à bien faire appliquer vos conditions : "This is a family residential building and there are very strict house rules in terms of keep the apartment in very good conditions and to do not disturb neighbors."

Wonderful small apartment

My family of 4 stayed here for a few days in August. The air conditioning was a blessing! Property is very clean, nice mix of modern and old architecture. Neighbourhood is great - bakery next door, restaurants and groceries within a block. It is located too far from the Gothic quarter to walk, but the Metro is only a block away. Recommended

Good value

The apartment was a great size for 2 people and was located fairly well for our needs. The apartment was clean but bed and pillows were a bit too firm and sound proofing between floors apartment was light. Didn’t use community washer and dryer. Overall it was a good value and good customer service.
