Check-in within the specified time was very simple (taking into consideration feedback that other people provided in reviews about the pain outside of these hours). Car parking can't be reserved in advance (although I requested) which is stressful when you have a car. High standard of accommodation, clean and very comfortable. Short walk to get a bus from the main shopping mall on the Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes which also has a great choice of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Barcelona

The room was very clean and spacious, great location in the neighborhood of the Fira Barcelona, where our conference was taking place. Very quiet area at night, even though our room was on the first floor. Personnel were very accommodating, although the reception was only open from 10 to 6.

The apartment was in a very good condition. It is spacious, clean and has all the needed equipment for an excellent stay. The problem is the check-in. You guys have to be a bit more friendly with your tenants. The other issue is the location, since it's far from the "downtown" Barcelona but I guess you get what you pay for.

Worst Place I Ever Stayed

Do not stay here. This place is falsely advertised as luxury but was a nightmare. Check-in required a 30-minute drive to a separate location—at midnight. No parking unless you pay, and the host was absent most of our stay. Mosquitos everywhere, poor A/C, loud neighborhood, thin walls, and unsafe surroundings with visible drug activity. No basic amenities like towels, bottled water, or robes. Couch was dirty, beds thin, and only one pillow per person. Worst of all: roaches—we saw them at 2am on our last night. They also make it easy to lose your deposit over minor things. Only plus: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. But that’s not enough to make up for the rest.

The location is in a completely residential area, safe and way out of the tourist attractions. Be warned if you check in outside of regular front desk hours, you will need to check in via a completely different building (15-20 mins) away driving from the property. This was an issue since we had been dropped off where we assumed we could in.

J’ai aimé le fait d’avoir 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain pour 4 personnes. C’était propre et moderne. Les stores complètement opaques ne laissaient pas entrer la lumière du jour, ce qui était vraiment bien pour dormir le matin.

The apartment layout was perfect for my family of 4 and the customer service agents and night securty especially Tabere were awesome. He took time to recommend sight seeing and dining options close by. The washing machine units may need to be upgraded to industrial level standards and housekeeping or towel change could at least be after every two days. It will also be good to have a handyman on standby to address plumbing and electrical challenges promptly.

Very little wear and tear. Well kept, mostly new, very clean, with AC in all rooms. Not easy to get a place with ac in all rooms in Europe. 10-12 minute taxi to airport. Big mall close by and restaurants. You can leave your luggage till 6pm for free after check out. But they ran out of room in the front office and we had store it in their staff lounge without a locked door and nobody there to watch luggage. I had locks, so would recommend to bring locks for your luggage if you're paranoid about your stuff like me. Comfy beds and they give you kitchen kit with some oil and basics to cook and clean.

Everything at the apartment & areas were excellent. My only issue was with the check in. I believe there have to be a way to self check in then the staff can come in the morning to finalize the paperwork. I had to spend 110 euros on taxi because my flight was delayed & I missed their 6 pm check in at the apartment. That’s horrible & they need to correct that. Spending 110 euros on taxi just to check in it’s freaking ridiculous & they need to correct that via self check in & do the paperwork later.

The apartment itself was great, really well laid out and lots of space. However, the reception is open limited hours and this is not clear when booking. I arrived when the reception was closed (due to travel delays) - no one had pre called to see what time I would be checking in and called the number on the door. I was then told to needed to get a taxi and do a 50 minute round trip to an alternate location to check in & collect my key. The reception there was a bit chaotic - all in all it delayed me getting into the apartment by 1hour 45 and cost over €35 in taxis

Todo excelente, lástima que el aire acondicionado esté topado y se pase tanto calor al dormir, ya que ni bañándote antes, se puede dormir de seguido. El olor a drenaje es constante, en algunos dormitorios más y no te deja estar.
