「The room was over booked, I can only choose from an inferior room type compared to the one I booked or a standard room without air conditioning for a night. The front desk staff was in bad attitudes. It was totally disappointing that the hotel did not take any action or think of solutions in the afternoon before I arrived the hotel at 2100. 「Location is good, easy to go anywhere, lots of restaurants and shopping area.but the room temperature can’t adjust, they do have their own control panel but can’t turn it down. Booked two rooms, one room found lots of hairs on the bed sheet, the front desk was helpful, they changed the room for us and offer a free breakfast. 」

「位于UAB大学内的酒店，校园内路边停车全免费，省下不少泊车的费用。有免费巴士往返火车站，也可花十分钟步行去火车站往市区，周围学府气氛安宁，治安甚佳（因为社会上的歹徒很少流连文化场所）。酒店设施还过得去，巴塞罗那的物价很高，该区所有酒店房价都偏贵，所以这家酒店价格算是可接受了的四星级酒店。」
