「Genaro!!!!! Upon check in, I felt at ease! Genaro and his colleagues were oh so friendly and greeted me with so much grace and energy. I traveled in from France and travel days are always meh, but they made getting settled so easy. The rooms are amazing, the view from the rooftop, the comfy bed. 10/10 would stay here again (in fact, I extended my stay) what a wonderful experience in a great area for exploring Barcelona.」

「起初對房間，附近交通等各方面都滿意，但check out 時職員話我地飲用左mini bar既飲料，要我地付費，但我地根本就冇飲過，職員吾聽態度還非常差，但我們趕著搭飛機，無耐之下唯有付費，對呢間住宿大打折扣」

「The interior and the aesthetic of the hotel is really nice. The cleanliness when you first arrive is great. The daily housekeeping however is not very punctual. I left the ‘please clean room’ sign the entire day and the room was not cleaned. I stayed in room Llimona (superior suite) and the bathroom had a horrible smell the entire four nights. I told reception but nothing was really done about it. This room faces the street so it’s quite noisy throughout the evening due to the location....
