“The stay at the hotel was a great experience for our first time in Barcelona.
We had the family connecting room, the room was spacious and comfortable. “Thoma who coordinate my luggage and taxi was terrific and 5 star service. Checking in and out smooth, 5 star.The food was delicious. However, the molten chocolate dessert took close to 45 minutes and was horrible. Much too sweet badly baked and with half a tea spoon of crème fresh. I complained to the waiter. Suggested that he bring it back for the chef to taste as he should be aware of what is leaving his kitchen. It made the dinner experience a disappointment and certainly not what to expect……
