“check in machine is not working , luckily when we arrive the reception phone is working. during our stay , the wifi disconnect, and we try to call reception but the phone near check in machine was out of order, we told 2 of tge house keeping staff about the wifi problem , they said they will call back to reception. the wifi never come back till we leave. beside this , everything is good”

“Very bad, firstly there is no air conditioning but we knew it before our payment so that’s fine. Secondly, the bed is very dirty with hair dust on it. Lastly which is also the most terrible thing is someone tried to open our door at midnight and tried to break in our room with keys. We reported the host and asked for refund but she just ignored our concerns with an indifferent attitude ”
