“给了我一个最旁边的房间，浴室没有热水，已经超过晚上12:00，也不愿意先给我换房间休息，前后花了超过一个小时才修理完毕，而且据说全酒店只有这一个房间热水出问题。工作人员表示，晚上只有一位工作人员，他要负责前台又要负责整间酒店所发生的所有事情根本没有帮手，效率非常差。第二天早上又是没有热水，洗手台都是冷水，后来淋浴才有热水。浴缸下水非常的慢。房间有蚊子还有小飞蛾。早餐面包机不能使用，只有吐司机。酒店看起来似乎装修好，但是內部人员管理非常需要改进。酒店除了人員口頭表示歉意，並未做出任何賠償以及補償的方式。”

“不知道是歐洲人做事速度慢還是怎樣，叫房間服務會等上20分鐘，切還搞錯。離開拿行李時，人員拿出來等了快10幾分鐘，計程車都到了，行李還沒出來。其他方面都很滿意，特別是咖啡廳的可頌跟咖啡非常好吃，非常值得去試。”

“Near airport with scheduled airport transfer. That may be the main reason passengers choose here. The facilities are OK. Sanitation well maintained. The shuttle bus driver left the pickup points at the airport terminals about 5 to 10 minutes earlier than published schedule. That may be frustrating for those who try to catch the shuttle at the last minute. ”

“Overall, a pleasant stay with a great beachfront location and a relaxing atmosphere. The shower in our room was excellent, modern and refreshing after long beach days. However, the room door was very close to the neighboring one, and we could clearly hear people passing by or entering their rooms, which was quite distracting at times. Aside from that, the experience was enjoyable and the staff were friendly.”

“Todo esta bien, personal al telefono muy amable y profesional, la habitacion muy bonita y confortable, nevera no funcionaba. Lo unico que me molesto un poco fue la localidad. Al salir del metro, tenia miedo porque parece zona pobre y quizas insegura. Me gusto mucho la vibración de la calle, si emargo senti un riesgo, sobre todo la entrada al edificio es justo en frente de basuras, y cada dia encontre gente pobre buscando cosas en la basura ademas pobres sentando a la entrada del edificio. Asi……
