「Very warm welcome. Staff are friendly. Excellent location. Just one thing which requires a bit of improvement: I asked if there is an additional chair as the sink is too high for my kids, the staff did not get back to me.」

「We had an excellent time at H10 Madison and plan to go back again. The staff were all so lovely happy and helpful from the front desk and concierge to the ladies looking after us at breakfast and the barmen at the pool bar and restaurant upstairs. The food wss excellent the pool wss perfect for the kids in the afternoons and the room wss very comfortable」

「We really loved this hotel. Especially the front desk staff that’s super nice and helpful. Got lots of good recommendations for food and experiences. Volta restaurant is a great dining option on premises as well as we really enjoyed the pool deck.」

「My family of 3 loves this hotel. The triple room is a good size for 3 people. The walk-in/roll-in shower is good. It was quite noisy throughout Friday and Saturday nights though as our room was exterior-facing. There’s a supermarket just across the street and there are many good restaurants near the hotel around Gothic Quarter.」
