Great value in a fantastic location.

This is a family run gem right in the heart of the city. It will not be beaten on price and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Close to major attractions and shopping we found our stay there very pleasant.

Due to recent reviews we almost booked else where and I’m very glad we didn’t. The room was great and spacious with a private bathroom and small patio. There was even a fan put in the room for us which helped at night. The location was great

Excellent location, just few minutes walk away from the busy La Rambla Boulevard & La Boqueria Market for food and shopping. Friendly staff, easy check in and out. Great value for the location, have a very homey feel.

This is a very well located, friendly, clean hostel. The prices are high for what it is, but that is Barcelona prices for you! Surprisingly quiet given its central location

An ideal place to stay for a few nights to rest, centrally located to the key attractions within an hour walking distance, friendly staff and clean and tidy rooms and bathrooms. Just make sure to bring some sleeping earbuds with you when you get to sleep since the rooms are located in a noisy neighbourhood and be wary if you got heavy luggage since there are no lifts. Overall, I'd happily stay here again.

It is situated in a continent place, easy access to everything, the metro station is just around the end of the alley,and the staff are friendly, showed me the way to get around to the bus stop.

Clean, good position, friendly

A clean guesthouse in a good position just off the seaward end of La Rambla. The staff were very polite and welcoming. Even though I cannot speak Catalan or Spanish, and they did not speak English, we managed to understand each other!

The location was great and the staff were very nice, welcoming and helpful. Reception was open 24/7 and cleaning was comprehensive. The room was quiet, clean and kinda small but works very well for two. Bed was large but kinda hard. Overall we liked our stay and would recommend this hostel for Barcelona visitors. Only minus side is there's no lift, so if it's hard to climb stairs you should reconsider, but if not, please go to this hostel! Greetings from from Finland!

It was very close to liceu metro 2 minutes walk 2 minutes to the ramblas and shops kfc and mcdonald's was 5 minutes walk the ramblas was very safe plenty of police walking about

The staff were very friendly from start to finish. The room was basic but great and very clean as was the toilet and shower. Stayed with my Son for a 3 night stay. Right in the centre at Liceu, close to everything. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend it.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

The worst place I’ve ever stayed at… only one member of the staff speaks English, the rooms were disgusting there were dust everywhere, the fan didn’t work, the beds were not even beds they were “camping” beds. The walls are paper thin so we heard someone snoring and it sounded like he was under our bed. I got some kind of rashes all over my back (probably from the bedding) and trouble breathing because of how filthy it was. It has now been a couple of days and my breathing and rashes are still bad. I do not wish this experience for anyone!

You'll get what you paid for. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean, location is very convenient, on a side street near Rambler. No air con, can be quite hot in summer. Rooms are on 3rd floor, no elevator. Not an ideal location for seniors or family with small kids. At night, the area is a bit noisy and you might not feel 100% safe strolling around.
