I have never had such a bad hotel. The only merit is the location and front desk lady service. No wifi, uncontrollable room temperature. Day 1 is hot, days 2, 3 and 4 cold - is Ridiculous ! Asked for adjustment but was given a blanket to take care of myself

房細，有小許臭味，房內設备要改善；如雙人房只提供三只衣袈，浴室沒有衣服掛钩，沒有面盆枱面，浴缸高度有600mm,沒有扶手桿。沒有獨立温度調節制(只可選擇開（熱）或不開(凍））。小保險箱要用鎖匙開關，有物如無物。另可加配冰箱，坐椅，放行李架等。

Die Zimmer sind sehr alt und in die Jahre gekommen. Alles sehr hellhörig. Man hört den Straßenlärm, die Musik die unten gespielt wird und man hört alle Geräusche vom Flur. Diese waren auch nachts sehr laut. Das Personal war sehr nett. Die Lage ist auch top. Sehr zentral. Zu Fuß sehr viel zu erreichen. Der Hafen, Barceloneta Strand ca 25 Min zu Fuß, Kathedrale von Barcelona ca 5 Min entfernt. Station vor der Tür. Direkt an der Rambla.

Würde ich nie wieder buchen, war echt ein Fail. Zimmer sah gruselig klein aus und ohne Fenster. Auf Anfrage waren alle frech wollten 35 Euro um mir ein Zimmer am nächsten Tag mit Fenster zu geben. Habe mich die ganze Nacht im Zimmer übergeben ohne Sauerstoff ist schrecklich. Daraufhin haben sie die Lüftung geöffnet habe gefroren im Zimmer. Ganz dunkles Hotel in einem sehr unsicheren Viertel laufen sehr komische Menschen herum, selbst das Hotel schließt die Eingangstür ab wegen den komischen Menschen. Das Hotel ist seinen Preis definitiv nicht Wert, trotz der Bar mit Livemusik. An den Wenden über dem Bett waren komische Handflecken, bisschen ecklig.

Zimmer 103 war eine Zumutung. Das Bad war winzig und hatte keinen Abzug. Das Waschbecken war sogar im Schlafraum. Die Balkontür war defekt und ließ sich nicht schließen. Dadurch war es extrem laut, weil direkt davor die Ramblas sind. Das hatten wir zwar so gebucht, aber Fenster und Türen sollten aus Sicherheitsgründen trotzdem richtig schließen. Auch der Safe war kaputt – die Batterien fielen ständig raus, also gab es auch hier eine Sicherheitslücke. Auf derselben Etage ist die Bar mit Live-Musik bis 2:30 Uhr. Schlafen war eigentlich gar nicht möglich, weil alles extrem hellhörig ist. Nach einem Gespräch mit Expedia durften wir in Zimmer 310 wechseln. Das Zimmer war schön und alles hat funktioniert. Allerdings gab es eine abgeschlossene Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer, und die Nachbarn dahinter waren extrem laut. Das kann ein Einzelfall sein, aber ich musste jede Nacht mit Kopfhörern schlafen. Trotz Klopfen wurde es nicht besser. Die etwas ältere, braunhaarige Dame an der Rezeption hat sich dafür leider nicht interessiert.

Très déçu. Cet hôtel est une véritable mascarade : les photos sont trompeuses et ne reflètent pas la réalité. Chambre 217 propre, certes, mais remplie de cache-misère : baignoire extrêmement abîmée, papier peint déchiré, mobilier vieillot et équipements dépassés sous un faux air de modernité. La salle de bain dégage en permanence une forte odeur d’égout qui envahit toute la chambre. L’insonorisation est catastrophique : on entend absolument tout : le couloir, les chambres voisines, celles du dessus, ainsi que la rue. Les murs sont littéralement en papier mâché, rendant le sommeil extrêmement désagréable. Au vu du prix, une rénovation complète est clairement nécessaire. Seuls points positifs : l’emplacement, idéal (juste en face de l’entrée du métro sur la Rambla), et un personnel aimable. Mais honnêtement, si vous avez le choix, passez votre chemin

Overall the hotel is fine for a quick cheap break but if you are staying longer than a few days then you may want to look around. Hotel is dated and very basic. The rooms are tired and in great need for an upgrade. I stayed in room 212 and I would not recommend it. The bathroom is extremely small with a very narrow bath with a shower over and a small glass screen separating it from the toilet. I took a shower on my 1st morning and when I tried to turn around I touched the glass screen and it swung open far to easily causing me to tumble out of the bath and smashing my head on the solid tiled wall. Thankfully my head missed the toilet or it would have been much worse. I twisted my ankle and bruised both knees and my right shoulder. I had a massive bump on the side of my head the size of an egg. I never said anything to the hotel as I was very embarrassed. On returning to the UK a few days later the pain in my head was getting worse so I went to the Hospital and after scans and x-rays it turns out I have 2 hairline fractures of my skull. I have been home for 11 days now and still can not go back to my job driving vehicles due to the fracture. Again this hotel is ok for very short cheap stays but if it's your main vacation please treat yourselves to something better than a small basic room with a shower over the bath.

The staff were professional and friendly however a lot of outside noise came into there room. There is a bar with live music on the first floor which I could hear in my room. It went until around 11pm most nights. But maybe it was just my room, I am not sure. Perhaps if the floors outside the room were carpet instead of tiles this would soak up the noise instead of amplify it?

La habitación es acorde a lo mostrado, tiene buena ubicación con respecto a Plaza Cataluya, buen personal. Solo por las noches se escucha mucho ruido por la cercania a callejones y avenidas.
