Apt was old, be careful when you sit on the bed as you might fall off the edges, bathroom door do not slide shut, shower taps are old and the tubings are rusty, 3 of the dining chairs legs are so unstable and wobbly that you might risk a fall on your bum and the worst of it all was when We had to pay an agent 25 cash to pass us the keys or pick it up ourselves at another location. They called it the check in fees which in all my years of renting apt this being the first time we had heard of it. Even hotels do not charge a check in fees. Asking for cash sounds like a scam where they know there are no trace of the transaction. And the fees increases after 4.30pm or so. We felt so pressured, upset and confused if we should even pay for this so called check in fees. In the end we decide not to play to this and so went to pick up the keys ourselves. We will not go back to this place nor rent from this owner again. Our worst VRBO experience
