The complete bathroom has shower. Bed linen and towels are provided by the property. The apartment is equipped with heating and Air Conditioning. High speed internet is at your disposal. There is a washing machine in the apartment, as well as an iron and ironing board. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request.

- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.

- Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.
