The receptionist was a delightful young woman who tried her best to help us. We might have gotten charged twice by mistake. Our room was very comfortable once they gave us a fan. The views are amazing and the location is clearly marked.

Great area but lacking amenities

Great area right next to a metro station and a spacious nice room with kitchen, however it wasn’t very clean and it was lacking basic amenities - there was no hand soap and no washing up liquid or sponges/brushes for doing the dishes. Also, according to hotels.com the facility has a gym and a laundry service, but I couldn’t find those anywhere.

Nice stay

Overall the stay in the residence was super. The location is good, next to the subway in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Barcelona. The Wi-Fi was great (I used it for work). The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness in the room.

The room was tiny and noisy, with no facilities, not even to make tea, the cook too didn’t work. The staff (except one casual) were poor communicators and unprofessional. No phone reception in my room, wifi intermittent. Best thing was being close to metro.

No Aircon and overpriced

I would say avoid this place in the summer when the temperature is high. There is no air-conditioning and the fan provided is useless and really noisy. It is impossible to sleep due to being unbearably hot. It is very close to a metro but about 30 minute walk to the main centre of Barcelona. Really overpriced for what it is. It does have a fridge which is good and staff are friendly.

Sauber und gut

Sehr saubere, direkt an der Metro gelegene Unterkunft. Zimmer einfach, aber gut. Kleine Kochnische mit Kühlschrank (nicht genutzt). Bad ebenfalls klein, aber sauber. In direkter Umgebung Supermarkt und Kneipe.

Un accueil chaleureux avec des personnes adorables, mais l'appartement n'était pas très propre. Il n'y avait pas assez de couverts en arrivant, la vaisselle était un peu sale, il n'y avait ni éponge ni produit vaisselle. Le micro-ondes n'est pas dans l'appartement mais dans l'espace commun. L'appartement est cependant bien placé, et il y a un ventilateur.
