So many issues. Summary: even for the price, this was not worth it. Great area, terrible room. I ran out of space as I had more issues than I could list below.Firstly, check-in. There is an insane amount of miscommunication between the central team, the AI assistant, and the in-person team. The in-person team is great and the only redeeming quality of this review. I was told I had the option for early check-in for a fee, which factored into booking this property. Then that option was rescinded without notice—I had to ask about it. We arrived in Barcelona early morning and were told the room would be ready by 2 PM, which then turned into 4:00 and then 4:30. Due to this delay/mix-up, I was offered a complimentary checkout taxi for my group. Spoiler alert: the central team tried to rescind that too until someone stepped in and booked the taxi for me.In the apartment, one bathroom shower had very little water pressure, and the toilet took five minutes to refill for another flush. I submitted a request; it improved briefly, then got worse again. The other shower had a broken door that didn’t fully close and eventually fell off the railing. I had to put it back.On the last night, we found an old bloodstain on one of the sheets, suggesting they were not properly cleaned or replaced.The main front door is broken and does not lock 100% of the time. Very unsafe.The WiFi is complete garbage.The AC unit just keeps making weird noises.
