This central apartment has four bedrooms, one with double bed and three twin beds, two bathrooms, kitchen-dining area and a private balcony. also has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi and TV. The kitchen includes dishwasher, oven and microwave. A washer-dryer is also available.
This incredible apartment is well located, surrounded by numerous shops and various restaurants and only 10 minutes walk from the Rambla de Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia.
Barcelona tourist tax is of €9,35 /adult/night . It is mandatory to show ID/Passports upon arrival or before.

Exploring Barcelona
We were a group of 5 and found the apt very comfortable and spacious. Great location, easy to walk or taxi to all the highlights of the city. Good communication with the managers. Highly recommend for a few days in Barcelona.

Great place, uncomfortable beds!
I really loved this place! I felt like we were in the heart of it without being too much in the heart of it. The views out the front and back are beautiful views of the culture, people, and buildings!
My only complaint are the beds! They’re REALLY uncomfortable! We even tried flipping one of the mattresses to get a spring out of my ribs… didn’t help! I feel like they could invest a little money in that since you’re so tired after a busy day of exploring!
But overall, great place!

Experiencing Barcelona
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Barcelona’s city center. The apartment was clean, specious and beautiful. It gave us convenient access to the city and was very close to the metro. The owner communicated with us and was available throughout our stay. The office was located in the same building which was also very nice. We were granted the ability to drop our bags after check out due to a delayed departure which allowed us to continue to explore the city without the burden of our bags. Overall the apartment was very clean and included all the amenities described. The air conditioning worked especially well. We recommend this apartment to any who seeks a place to stay in Barcelona.

Our group fully enjoyed our stay here! Check-in was very easy and they were very accommodating when we arrived early. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Great location close to shopping, restaurants, and cafes.
