Every single staff member from front desk, concierge, wait staff, to housekeeping was a pleasure. Hotel was clean and comfortable, modern. Breakfast buffet, lunch on the roof and dinner or drinks at the Mr Porter restaurant were all outstanding. Perfect location on the corner of Passeig de Gracia, safe, quiet but near public transportation and an easy walk to important sites. Thanks to all the wonderful people of Sir Victor for a perfect experience.

This is a lovely hotel. We hadn't meant to stay here, but the hotel we planned for hadn't finished its refurbishment - we got lucky, thanks to Expedia's help. The hotel is particularly convenient for several of the Gaudi sites. We could see the (amazing) roof of La Pedrera from our room, and the Segrada Familia in the distance, if we lent over the balcony. Rambla Catalunya (not to be confused with La Rambla) was close by, with many restaurants and all-round pleasant atmosphere for a stroll, and many other restaurants were nearby, as was the Metro and many bus routes. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and the rooftop bar was very nice. The rooms were very good, although we felt aesthetics won over functionality on a few things (e.g. the room lighting arrangement and the bathroom arrangements), but these are small niggles and we'd very happily stay there again on future visits.

Great hotel in fab location and the roof top terrace was lovely. ALL staff we interacted with were super helpful and friendly. I actually was poorly (not related to hotel) and the staff were great in helping me see a doctor at the hotel and extending room for half a day. Would 100% stay again.

Great 5 star hotel. Staff provided excellent service. Family suite (2 bedroom) was perfect for our family. Rooms were spacious and like an apartment feel. A lot of casual space, sofas, large coffee tables, to ensure you didn’t feel like you were either in the washroom or sitting on your bed feeling. The family suite was far enough away that the children were in their own space when getting ready for bed and sleeping, but close enough if they needed you. The location of the hotel, just off of the main luxury shopping boulevard in the heart of downtown Barcelona was a perfect location. With many gluten free restaurants within walking distance (under 5 - 15 minutes). I would happily stay here again!
