Fantastic location in the midst of the "High End" shopping, but a very walkable location to explore the city. I would highly recommend this property. The staff was exceptional, friendly. helpful and professional. We really enjoyed our stay. Gym is a little small is the only knock (definitely a 1st world problem/ha-ha).

The location is amazing, the staff is helpful but check in and check out time was so strict and tight checking out at 11am is something I won't try again unless they offer a better check out time with some flexibility, after I mentioned i need a late check out I found a note on the door that if I check out late id be fined 100€ , and also there was a city or tourist tax that I had to pay separately which is something I never experienced in any other places I stayed at. The hotel is an apartment hotel the rooms are spacious the decoration of the hotel is nice and the location is the best for someone who wants to be in the center of the luxurious shopping area close to many places just by waking

Great hotel. Amazing room that included two bedrooms (one large, one small), a common area, kitchen and two bathrooms. Impeccably clean. Staff provided excellent service. A real luxury experience. Located between the Hermes and Fendi stores on the Passeig de Gracia. Highly recommend this hotel, particularly for longer stays.

Our stay at Suites Avenue was exceptional. The property is sparkling clean with a modern and stylish appearance. Importantly, the plumbing, elevator, kitchen appliances, and so on were all is perfect working order. Great water pressure in the shower, and no lack of hot water. The furnishings were comfortable, including the beds. The 24/7 staff was friendly and very accommodating (thank you Javier, and all of the others). And of course, the location can't be beat. Without question, I would stay here again if I am fortunate enough to return to Barcelona.

We really enjoyed our stay at Suites Avenue. The location is perfect for sightseeing and doing all the touristy things in Barcelona. It made getting around the city very easy. The beds were very comfortable, and the staff was awesome throughout our stay. The apartment was very clean overall, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job, although for some reason they did not come on our last day. The only cleanliness issue we noticed was some mold in the corner of the shower, although we understand that can be a difficult area to keep completely mold-free. The kitchen was on the small side, but it had everything we needed and worked well for our family. The pools are also quite small, so I would think of them more as a place to cool off rather than somewhere to really swim. Our biggest frustration was the washer/dryer. The washing function worked, but the dryer really did not dry the clothes properly, which was inconvenient. Drying a small load took over 3 hours! Overall, though, we had a very enjoyable stay. Between the comfortable beds, wonderful staff, cleanliness, and especially the fantastic location, we would definitely recommend Suites Avenue for a stay in Barcelona.
