  • --Accommodation for families only. Guests need to be quiet at night while in the apartment. We do NOT accept stays of group of guests under 21 y.o., which are unaccompanied by adults (over 30 y.o.)--

    Accessibility - 3 floors above street level. Elevator
    There are 9 steps from the ground floor up to the lift.

    Apartment description - Bright and pretty 3.5 bedroom apartment (like a 4 bedroom, except access to one of the rooms is through another room) with 2 bathrooms one with bathtub, the other with shower.
    This apartment has a glass-enclosed balcony, as well as a small balcony off the main bedroom. Also, it still has the century-old mosaic floors (a different design in every room), the original woodwork on the doors and windows, and high ceilings.

    Full kitchen including oven, microwave oven and full-size refrigerator.

    Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

    42" flat screen TV in living room.

    For maximum comfort this apartment has central air-conditioning and heating, with ducts.

    Location - The apartment is in the historical part of the Eixample area, at a short distance and midway from the Sagrada Familia temple and Passeig de Gracia shopping.

    Transportation - Near Verdaguer metro station (on yellow and blue lines) and several bus lines. Very easy to get to by taxi.

    Management - We are a small family company. Lauren is from Dallas, TX and Fernando is from Barcelona, Spain. We currently run 20 holiday apartments in Barcelona, 2 furnished homes in Dallas and 4 holiday apartments in Istanbul.

    Noise levels - Façade windows have double glazing, but there can be some street (traffic) but in just one of the bedrooms. The other three bedrooms are very quiet.

    Occupancy - The apartment is ideally suited for 8 people. It can sleep up to 8.

    Check-in and check-out - The apartment will be ready for you at 16:00 (4 PM) for occupancy. You can drop your bags in the office in the morning already. Check-out time is 11;00 AM. You can request reserved early check-in or late check-out for a fee of half of the nightly rate, subject to availability. There is no extra fee for nighttime check-in.

    Towels and linens are provided, plus a starter supply of shampoo and soap, oil, salt and sugar, coffee.

This was a great location to go out and explore. There was a wonderful little cafe right across the street and a nice little patio for some adult beverages as well. The space was large enough for our family of 7 adults, very clean and exactly as described.

We had a great and comfortable stay. My in-laws really enjoyed the place as well. Its location is incredibly good, if you enjoy walking this is the area where you want to be. We are intense about walking and the furthest we walked was the beach which is 45 minutes away. Other places we walked to are Gothic Quarter, Casa Batllo, Casa Mila, and closest of all: La Sagrada Familia.

Amazing, historic building. Host was so nice and communication was great. We got off our cruise ship early in the morning and we were able to meet the host and put our luggage in a hold right by the building.

The location was great. We were there when the Pope was and could walk a few blocks to see him. Tons of room for our family, 7 traveling in total. More space than I expected for the price. Would totally recommend!

Fantastic Upgrade & Wonderful Experience in Barcelona! We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Barcelona! There was a minor plumbing issue at our original booking, so the host proactively moved us to another apartment nearby. The new place was even bigger, very spacious, well-stocked with plenty of supplies, towels, and toiletries, and had zero stairs—which was an absolute lifesaver for my knee injury. The location was super central and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The host was exceptionally responsive, accommodating, and even provided unexpected extras like beach towels. Everything was handled seamlessly at no extra cost, and we would happily stay with this host again at either property!

Wir waren 8 Personen (6 Erwachsene und 2 Teenager) und hatten ausreichend Platz in der Wohnung. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Zum Frühstück ging es hoch auf die Dachterrasse mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Stadt. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral und man kommt schnell zum Einkaufen, zu verschiedenen Bäckereien und zu Restaurants. Auch zur Metro ist es nicht weit. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen sicher noch einmal vorbei.

The property is in a great location. It is an older home that’s been a little bit renovated. It’s got beautiful flooring and it could be a challenge for somebody that has mobility issues. We enjoyed our stay there and the place had great AC which is always a plus. The washer and dryer was a definite win as we needed it on a 14 day vacation. I would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at the apartment in Barcelona. There were 5 of us, 4 adults and 1 child and the apartment was plenty big and well situated. The location was ideal! Just a short walk from La Sagrada Família, you could see the spires from the baloney and see it from the rooftop deck. The code we were given for check-in didn’t work and it took about 20/30 mins to get a response, but once our message was seen we were met and let in and given a new code. No issues from then on out. I would recommend this apartment to others!

Charming and very clean apartment, we loved the location as we did not want to be in a touristy place. We arrived early and our flight back was late and we liked the convenience to leave our baggage in a storage room. Very prompt communication. Check the roof top.
