VILLA BARCELONACOAST, is a fantastic modern house on a hill with fantastic views over a natural park with the Mediterranean Sea in the background, in a perfect location for your holidays close to the beaches and Barcelona. In a few minutes by car you can reach the beaches, Barcelona, water parks, ports and marinas, restaurants, train, airport and shopping centers.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Groups, parties and music. Families and children are always welcome. Groups of friends are welcome only and exclusively if the average age is over 23 years and if they agree to the house rules and the terms and conditions of the contract. We especially like to point out that we really care about the neighbors and we work to make our guests' holidays as pleasant as possible, in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Outdoor music, parties, shouting or loud noises are prohibited. After 10 pm we ask for special attention to tranquility. This Villa is equipped with Minut sensors that monitor and certify noise in decibels, preventing unauthorized parties.
• Vacation rental. This house has been designed and built from the beginning thinking of a rental use for trips and vacations for large or small groups. The furniture is standard Ikea (not luxury), functional and comfortable for vacations. There are large common areas, but also several private interior areas, where small groups of family or friends (part of the general group) can enjoy their own intimacy and privacy within the Villa. The leisure areas are specially designed for holidays: two BBQs, a main pool with a submerged bench for sunbathing or chatting while lying or sitting in the water. Construction spas with submerged benches and loungers, where several guests can spend time in the water talking, reading, having a drink or sunbathing or simply enjoying themselves. With submerged colored lights, several waterfalls and water games. An outdoor fireplace with a "chill out" area. Gardens on more levels. Without forgetting the "hotel" Wi-Fi facilities, with very fast fiber optics and several indoor and outdoor antennas that ensure an optimal signal in all areas of the house, gardens and swimming pools.
• Water areas: Pools, Spas and fantastic water games. There are two different areas of water.
1) Main pool. Blue in color, with colored submerged lights, it has an area for swimming and an area with submerged benches where you can sit or lie down in the water.
2) Large Spa with beach entrance to the water (white quartz with a "beach feel" effect), children's play area (shallow), seats for more than ten people and built-in deckchairs submerged in water, several waterfalls, lights of submerged colors
• The Beaches and the beach bars. Within 5-10 minutes by car there are several very beautiful free beaches, with bars and restaurants on the same sand (called “chiringuitos”), shower services, first aid, fixed equipment for gymnastics and sports, volleyball fields and much more.
• Complete privacy. In this property, in order to guarantee the privacy of the guests, we have completely separated the exterior areas with closed fences. 100% of the interior and exterior areas of the guests remain 100% private at all times. In addition, as this property is a villa with more levels on sloping ground, all areas of each floor and the garden and pool area enjoy total privacy. To the point that it is allowed to practice naturism and nudism in 100% of the interior areas and in most of the exterior areas and pool area. Even when accessing the pool for maintenance (to regulate chlorine and PH) or the office and maintenance storage areas in the basement, completely separate entrances are used. At no time are guests disturbed in their private indoor and outdoor areas.
• Security. The safety of our guests is very important. The Villa has bars on all exterior doors and windows, openable by the guest for the practicable doors and windows for entrances and exits. Alarm with sensors on all doors and windows, activated in day and night configuration (even with guests inside, sleeping or awake, an alarm can be activated at the perimeter entrances). Direct connection to the 24/7 surveillance center if activated by the guest. Exterior cameras (which can be deactivated, at the guest's request). A total of four safes. The Villa has a double exterior fence. A first internal fence, accessible only and exclusively by the guests, encloses the private area (interior and exterior) of the guests themselves. A second exterior fence, which gives access to the access ramp with parking area, office area, maintenance deposit in the basement and an exterior area not accessible to guests.
• Accessibility. The property is a terraced house on different levels on a sloping plot, which allows for fantastic views from different levels. The presence of external and internal stairs make this property not suitable for people with mobility problems. We are sorry.
• A/C In order to guarantee our guests a pleasant sleep during the warmer months, we have installed four A/C machines to maintain around 23º during the night. The living room/kitchen floor has many windows and exterior doors, it is protected from the sun by awnings and exterior porches and consequently does not have AC. HEATING: the whole house can be quickly heated and the system is programmed at 21º, obviously including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Before booking, read in detail the "policy" for the use of HVAC. Thank you.
• The room "by the pool bedroom" is an office-type transit area where usually the youngest stay. It has multipurpose use, as a game room, living room or bedroom. All the other 8 bedrooms are for bedroom use only.
• Cleaning, hygiene and disinfection. We clean and sanitize the entire house and the pool before each check-in. With the bathrooms, bedding, kitchen and pool, we do even more: we follow international procedures and use legally certified cleaning products to guarantee disinfection (against Covid included).
• Personalized "Check in". We are always available to receive you at any time of arrival, to show you the property, with all the explanations and information you may need. About Barcelona, sports and activities for adults or children, amusement parks, water parks, natural parks, wineries, vineyards, shops, tourist attractions, arts and culture and medieval cities. As well as local services such as addresses of shops for fresh fish, butchers, fresh bread, local markets, supermarkets, pharmacies, car parks, taxis, train and transport information.
