“Everything was perfect! The suite we had was spacious, the bed for the adults and the extra bed for the kid were comfortable, the shows had great water pressure. The buffet breakfast was scrumptious. The outdoor pool was phenomenal. We did not use the spa services because they were not open for children.”

“This place is an absolute gem, its spotlessly clean, ultra comfortable, in an idyllic rural location that is peaceful and quiet but with the best views we have ever had in an hotel room. Javier the owner is one of the nicest guys we have ever met, he took time to point out all the beautiful places in and around the local area and coast, it helped us find some truly lovely places. There is parking and lovely peaceful gardens to sit in with stunning views. One last thing and this has to go……

“Nice hotel, the room is tidy and there are private parking. There are two supermarkets which near the hotel. However, there are not much restaurants near the hotel. ”

“Located within the old town, easy walking downhill to the restaurants. Helpful they had parking as very little available elsewhere. Good coffee nice staff and comfortable lounge areas.”

“Olor a tuberías en los baños.”

“Très bonne situation, au calme, à 5 minutes, en auto, du village médiéval de Santillana del Mare. Belle chambre, très confortable. Petit déjeuner à 8 euros, simple et bon.”

“完美！”

“As others have mentioned before, not ideal if you want to rest and enjoy some quiet time. It’s very loud all around from all directions, people outside in the park, neighbors upstairs and next door. Check-in instructions are a bit confusing. You have to actually get off the car to do the check-in, so need to find a temporary parking. Access to garage is a bit wonky too. Aside from all that, the price is great for this unit, it’s generally clean, has everything you need including a washer and……

“We have been to this a hotel a few times during our journey to catch a ferry. It never dissapoints.”

“Fijn hotel. Schoon. Aardige mensen bij de receptie en achter de bar. Lekker huis gemaakte salade voor lunch hapje Alleen op het balkon misten we een paar stoelen. Locatie is goed, dicht bij het strand. Wij hadden een kamer met uitzicht op het strand. Helaas roken we wel de afvoer van de keuken. Niet storend.”

“parfait”

“This hotel definitely needs its of TLC. The pillows and bedding were terrible. Place was not clean. Would not stay here again.”

“The container breakfast was very, very, very bad”

“Una experiencia INOLVIDABLE , espectacular todo”

“Lovely boutique hotel with very helpful reception staff. Room lovely - jacuzzi bath in our room was out of service but we wouldn't have used it anyway. Walk in shower was just fine. Level of background music perfect, as was choice of tracks. Many hotels blast out musak but this was just perfect. Pleasant bar serving 10€ cocktails and other drinks. Wish we had been able to take advantage of the lovely pool - not quite warm enough outdoors. Short walk from the town centre and a few free parking……

“Il n’y a pas de réception et le message n’avait pas été envoyé . Cela s’est réglé par téléphone en10minutes. Chambres simples mais très convenables avec un balcon. Le parking n’a que 2 places donc à moins d’un coup de chance , il faut utiliser le parking public à 200m.”
