“Rosa Chiarè” is located in Bardolino, in a panoramic area within a small recently built residence, in a quiet setting of only 4 units with a shared swimming pool.

It is located about 800 meters from the historic center of Bardolino.

The large three-room apartment, very bright and with independent access, is located on the first floor, is on two levels and is equipped with every comfort: Wi-fi internet connection, air conditioning, smart LCD TV, kitchen equipped with hotplate cooking area, fridge, dishwasher, a reserved parking space outside the residence and a shared swimming pool, available only to the residence\'s apartments.

On the lower floor there is the living room with kitchen, double bedroom with lake view, a bathroom with window and shower and a large balcony with table and chairs.

Going up the internal staircase that leads to the upper floor, there is an attic room with a double sofa bed, with a beautiful and large panoramic terrace of about 20 m2, with lake view and equipped with barbecue, sun loungers and table.

Appartement in Bardolino

Schönes Appartement, gute Lage, toller Ausblick, top eingerichtet. Einziges, kleines Manko: es gibt nur einen Schlüssel. Wenn man, wie wir, zu 3. ist , müssen alle gleichzeitig gehen bzw. Heimkommen zumal auch das Gartentor von innen nur per Schlüssel geöffnet werden kann. Trotzdem ein toller Urlaub.
